本產(chǎn)品采用全封閉式理瓶，無(wú)塵，無(wú)污染，完全符合GMP生產(chǎn)要求。
主要特點(diǎn)：
1.全封閉式理瓶
2.可采用觸摸屏PLC控制
3.大型投料料斗，操作人員可將物料隨意倒入投料料斗，料斗中由輸送裝置，根據(jù)實(shí)際情況將空瓶輸送到理瓶機(jī)構(gòu)。
4.物料接觸部分圈不銹鋼304制作，可定制316L材質(zhì)。
5.采用聚四氟乙烯為理瓶轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)，整潔，衛(wèi)生，美觀。
6.理瓶速度采用變頻控制。
7.提供符合藥廠驗(yàn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的4Q文件及FAT/SAT文件。
